You want a decent weight one, mine is years old but think it was from Tesco or one of the other supermarkets, but the higher end range rather than the everyday range.
The key is not to wash them properly as the oil builds up and everytime you use it, you cure it a bit more. I drain any excess oil, then hand-wash in warm soapy water and leave to airdry. I did once decide to use the dishwasher, the next lot of puddings stuck and it took a good few months to get it back to how it was.
Mine looks disgusting, it's black rather than silver and generally a bit scrotty but my puddings are perfect every single time and never, ever stick.
