Smile Arts of NY has been an excellent experience for me. Dr Chen is very patient and attentive to all my needs. I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist until I met her. From the moment you walk into the office you are met by the wonderful receptionist. The office is modern and very appealing with state of the art equipment. I would definitely recommend Smile Arts of NY to all, you wouldn’t regret it

I fear the dentist and always have since I was a kid. The fact that Dr. Chen and staff are so professional, friendly and gentle makes it so much better. She cares about her patients and, no matter what your condition, makes you feel very comfortable. Never have I felt judged or uncomfortable. I loved my experience with Dr. Chang. The office was very clean and the staff were friendly. I went to get a second opinion about my cavities after being told from a previous dentist I needed 13 fillings. I was confused, as someone who takes care of their dental hygiene. Dr. Chang explained everything to me thoroughly and walked over the x-rays with me. I have baby cavities that need to be monitored, not filled. I will definitely be going back for my check ups.

They are always courteous and professional from the minute you walk in, so nice and clean. I’ve been going there for four years and when I was pregnant they were so helpful and cared for me. The cleaning and the whitening is always what I get done, the dentists and the assistants are so kind. Today I took my son with me (3 years old). They were so nice with him that he asked to see the dentist (first time going) and they were helpful and took him. The dentist was so friendly with him, my son was so, so, so happy that they made his first dentist appointment a success! Thank you guys, you are amazing!
